Born from real lived experience
As a mother of two young children under the age of 3, our founder experienced firsthand how confusing benefits packages can be during pivotal moments. Faced with leave without pay and skyrocketing childcare costs that made returning to work difficult, the urgent need for tangible, family-first solutions became undeniably clear.

Traditional benefit plans often overlook the day-to-day realities of caregiving. A message from our founder
When navigating the delicate balance of a career and caring for two children under three, I saw how deeply fragmented existing benefits packages were for growing families. Confronted with unpaid leave and astronomical care costs, it became clear that working parents needed practical support and organizations needed better ways to retain talent.
YouCare Benefits was created right here in Texas to bring employers, benefits partners, and childcare networks together. We believe thoughtful benefits should ease life's biggest challenges, creating workplaces where parents thrive and businesses grow sustainably.
